The family-run Birbey Hotel is located a 5-minute walk from the Grand Bazaar and offers rooms with a satellite TV. Rooms of The Birbey are basic in style and include air conditioning and a private bathroom. Each room also has a mini-bar. Before heading out into Istanbul, guests can enjoy a breakfast buffet in the restaurant. A fixed dinner menu is available in the evening. The lobby offers a relaxing setting to watch some TV or to make use of the free Wi-Fi connection. When weather is nice, guests can sit out in the garden and read a newspaper.
