Location: Hotel Tia Maria was built in 2006. It is located in the southern part of Sunny Beach, about 150 meters from the center of the resort and 40 km from the airport in Bourgas.
Accommodation: The hotel offers accommodation in 200 different types of rooms with TV, mini fridge, telephone, bathroom with shower, central air conditioning, balcony. Last reconstruction the hotel undergoes in 2018. The six-storey building is serviced by 2 elevators.
DOUBLE ROOM 2 + 2: Approximate area of 20-25 sq. m. There are two single beds, central air conditioning, cable TV, telephone, mini fridge (empty and free), hairdryer, free internet, bathroom with shower, balcony and bathroom. Maximum occupancy for 3 adults and 1 child.
FAMILY ROOM 4 + 1: Approximate area of 60 sq. m. It is a large room. The rooms are centrally air-conditioned, cable TV, telephone, mini fridge (empty and free), hairdryer, free internet, electric kettle, bathroom with shower balcony and bathroom. Maximum occupancy of 5 adults.
APARTMENT 4 + 1: Approximate area of 70 sq. m. It consists of two rooms - one bedroom with a large double bed and a separate living room with two sofa beds. There are central air conditioning, cable TV, telephone, mini fridge (empty and free), hairdryer, electric kettle, bathroom with shower, free internet, balcony and bathroom. Maximum occupancy of 5 adults.
Baby cot is provided for a fee of 8 BGN per day and upon prior request.
Pets are not allowed.
There are no suitable facilities for accommodating disabled people.
